RTHK has some good episodes online that you can use to catch up on current issues. The latest one on housing is a must see! WATCH HERE.
You can also watch this on the ABC site –HERE and access the transcript so you can follow the text at the same time as watching the show. This is great for listening skills.
BBC Words in the News – video version has some good programs that will help you learn words and phrases. A good example is this one on Samurai Warriors. The video plays three times so you have a chance to listen to the text many times.
Important words are explained on the site but you may want to look them up in Yahoo dictionary then learn them.
Six Minute English – the latest episode is about treasured possessions. Things that are really important to us. There is a link to some interesting photos as well. Because the accents are British, it can help with getting ready for your speaking exam.
Make sure you take the time to watch this episode soon. Moral and National Education. The episodes are only online for 60 days. There is a Chinese sub text, but try to focus on listening to the English being spoken.

The BBC has some useful pages you can use for listening and speaking. If you want to work on your pronunciation, there is a section here : http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/grammar/pron/ with some short videos that show clearly how to pronounce sounds. There are also some sections to help you recognise some of the easily confused sounds.
